Art Star Creations note cards are limited edition, top quality art cards, designed and printed in a small print-shop in Winona, MN. Each card is printed on a small offset press using soy-based inks. Immediately after being printed the cards are put through a hand thermography (raised ink) process. This gives the texture & appearance of engraving. It's the extra detail that makes them like a work of art.
